Toronto Service Update: 3/8/2013

Dear Biesse User:

It recently came to our attention that local companies are offering service on our products, claiming to be Biesse “certified” technicians because they had, in the past, worked with our company. Please be aware that Biesse is servicing the Ontario territory only directly; that is, we do not offer service through any sub-contractor or local dealer; thus, in the event you were contacted by such third companies or individuals, we kindly ask you to notify us immediately so that our legal team could immediately take action in order to protect your product and investment.

Biesse prides itself to train its service personnel in the best way possible and to continuously update them on the latest change in technology on its products. By using outside service technicians who are not competently trained you run several risks. For instance, an outside service technician may further damage your product. Also, by working with someone not trained on the latest safety regulations and up to date with the latest Biesse technology developments, you run the risk of not being advised properly on whether an upgrade on your machine is advisable or needed. Further, a non-Biesse technician may very well not check all safety systems on the machine, exposing you to possible liabilities in the event changes or modifications were needed. Even more, in the event your machines were still under warranty, the fact of using a third party technician would render your warranty immediately void.

Please understand that the ones listed above are only some of the risks that you may run by using third party local service instead of Biesse service technicians for the maintenance and service of your products. Our technicians are fully insured and Biesse Canada stands behind their work. A few dollars saved today could easily translate into many more wasted in the long run; please protect your investment by using the right tools.
