Dear Biesse Customers,
Please take a few moments to read this personal invite as it could truly help you retool for this new market.
The trend for our industry is positive, but pressure on price, quick delivery and less tolerance for defects are all forcing many companies to rethink their manufacturing models.
We at Biesse have not stopped developing machine solutions that contribute to decreasing manufacturing costs. We continue to focus on innovations that provide you with equipment that is faster to set up, and ever more reliable, accurate and repeatable.
We are hosting our first One2One event of 2012 in April – the One2One is an open house showcase in our Charlotte showroom that will have our largest selection of new models under power since 2008!
Please click here to see all the machines
that will be ready for demo.
I also wanted to specifically mention three new models we will have on the floor along with a message about our recent successes in North America with VIET sanders.
The first of the two new Rover Models we will have under power is the Rover A 5 axis CNC machining center with automatic pod placement (EPS). This machine is equally efficient working on panels or solid wood parts for millwork, windows and doors.
The second new Rover is the Rover A Edge CNC contour routing and banding machine. For the first time, we are offering our Edge CNC banding technology on the 4 x 12 foot chassis. This will bring the cost of this technology down to where more companies can consider bringing this typically farmed out process, "in house."
Along with our proven vertical CNC machining Center the Brema EKO 902, which we also offer with insertion, we will launch the new Biesse V31. This compact drilling machine has many of the same features as the larger EKO but is scaled down to make it a great choice to replace aging point-to-point equipment. The V31 is an efficient solution if your batch sizes are shrinking due to the absence of cumbersome cups and trays to move.
Lastly, if wide belt sanding is an area of your plant you plan on addressing this year, please take this opportunity to learn more about VIET Sanders. Biesse purchased VIET almost two years ago because of our desire to compete in the finish sanding, calibrating, and polishing markets. We have had good success here in the States, and it is clear there is room for a world leader in sanders.
We invite you to register online at www.bIesseamerica.com/one2onespringclt2012 to attend the April One2One event. For more information, please contact marketing@biesseamerica.com or call (704) 357-3131. We are offering reimbursement on all travel costs if a machine is purchased by May 2013.
Thanks again and I sincerely hope to see you in CLT.
