Improve Your Edgebanding Quality - No Chipped Edges!

I am going to write about the number one issue which results in poor edgeband quality; chipped edges at the banding/panel interface. This article will focus on edgebanding melamine panels. First off, let me point out there may be big differences in the quality of melamine panels- things like quality of melamine curing, paper weight, adhesion to the panel as well as the quality of the core. Montreal Canada, November 6, 2012 – On November 1st and 2nd, Biesse Canada and Intermac Canada hosted a large group of manufacturers at the One2One event held at our Montreal facility.
